Mr. LoVetere provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that Carnow Conibear has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Mr. LoVetere’s responsibilities include:

Managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company.

Assisting the President in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.

Marshaling limited resources toward their most efficient uses to ensure the greatest success for all company stakeholders.

Planning and implementing sales and marketing programs targeted toward the business community.


GreenRock Environmental Management, Inc.
Mr. LoVetere was a member of the start-up team for GreenRock Environmental Management, Inc. He identified companies meeting investment criteria for the equity sponsor and performed preliminary operational evaluation of target companies.

GreenRock Data, LLC, which provided environmental engineering and other property consulting services.

GreenRock Remediation, LLC, which provided remediation services for a full range of environmental issues.

GreenRock Equipment, LLC, which provided equipment rental solutions for the construction, industrial, and environmental industries.

Municipal Sewer Services, LLC, a sewer cleaning, television, and related services company serving municipal and private sector customers.

Kenny Industrial Services, LLC
Mr. LoVetere served as equipment monitor and project manager who was responsible for the largest account at Kenny Industrial Services. In his role, he tested and operated all newly purchased equipment; trained newly-hired technicians; produced $1.3 million in revenue on a linear-foot priced contract; Set industry linear feet televised record in eight hours; increased operator productivity by initializing standardized operating procedures.

National Power Rodding Corporation
Mr. LoVetere was an equipment operator and crew foreman for the largest infrastructure maintenance contractor in the United States providing sewer cleaning, televising, and related services to municipal and private sector.
