Definition of Content

In these Terms of Use, Content refers to all of the text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, sounds, video and other content.

User Content

The term User Content refers to all of the text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, sounds, video and other content posted by you and other users on or through this Site using the social networking tools GHHI makes available and to individuals who have acquired a username and password for specific sections of this Site. Visitors are solely responsible for User Content they submit and the consequences of LARC posting or publishing such User Content. In connection with any User Content visitors submit, visitors affirm, represent and warrant that (i) they own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize the Coalition to use all User Content; and (ii) have the written consent, release, or permission to use the name, image or likeness of each individual identified in the User Content.

Removal of Consent

LARC does not knowingly permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on this Site, and will remove all Content or User Content if properly notified that such infringement has occurred.

Under no circumstances shall LARC or its agents, officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns or affiliates be liable to visitors or any other persons for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages for any matter arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of this Site, including, without limitation, visitor’s use or inability to use the Site, any changes to or inaccessibility of the Site, delay, failure, unauthorized access to or alteration of any transmission or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, any transaction or agreement entered into through the Site, or any data or material from a third person accessed on or through the Site, whether such liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort or otherwise.

Entire Agreement

Terms of Use (together with LARC Privacy Policy and any click-through agreement to which visitors may be subject) contain the entire understanding and Agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior communications, negotiations and agreements, whether oral, written or electronic, between the parties.
